In this project, form analyzes have been performed on the products CORKER from Haglöfs and a SNABBTVING from Bacho. I chose products that I found both aesthetically pleasing and interesting. By studying the design elements, primary and supporting compositional principles, themes and levels of form in the products, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of their visual composition. The result of my analysis was presented in the form of a visual book, where I used illustrations and short descriptions to convey my observations and conclusions. This project has given me the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to real design examples and develop my ability to analyze and communicate about visual design.
Design elements
I analyzed both products with regard to shape, space, size, contrast, color, typography, lines, texture and pattern. A very very short text describes how these elements affect the product.

Primary principles
Both products were also analyzed with regard to primary principles such as unity, hierarchy, balance, dominance, proportion and variety.

Support principles
Support principles were also analyzed to see how the product was designed with regard to emphasis, rhythm, repetition, movement and proximity.

Themes
The general line themes of the product were divided into three groups where its basic shape is shown in the black box below.

The product's shapes and their relationship to each other have been ranked according to importance, first is its most important shape, then come support elements, after that comes details and finally the details that make the product unique.
